Kaituna Cut

Departing from our helipad at Kiwi 360 you will fly over an array of kiwifruit orchards and farms to the Bay of Plenty coastline. In the distance you will see Mount Maunganui and the white sand beaches of Papamoa. Flying along the coast we pass The Kaituna River mouth, the point where the Kaituna River meets the Pacific Ocean, known by the locals as the Kaituna Cut. On a clear day you can expect to see as far as the Coromandel Peninsula and the North Islands East cape along with the many of our coastal islands including White Island.
